The glue that holds the day-to-day operations together. The Operations Manager ensures seamless workflow, efficient client onboarding, and ongoing communication between VAs and clients. They’re dedicated to making sure that everything runs without a hitch, always working to improve our processes for maximum efficiency.
3. Client Relations Specialist – Ailyn Badeo
