You are expected to maintain an availability that matches the needs of the client. You must communicate with the Agency and the client regarding your hours, holidays, and any changes in availability. - Professional Conduct
VAs are required to maintain a high standard of professionalism, including punctuality, communication, and quality of work. Any violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of the contract. - Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality with respect to all information regarding clients, their business, and any proprietary information that you have access to during your engagement. This includes not sharing client details, project specifics, and proprietary systems to third parties. - Payment Terms
VAs will be paid according to the terms outlined in their agreement with Task Force VA, based on the specific project or hourly rates. Payment will be processed through the Agency, and the VA agrees to follow the billing and payment procedures set by the Agency. - Termination of Agreement
Either party (The Agency or the VA) can terminate the agreement with notice. In the event of termination, all ongoing projects must be completed unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Terms and Conditions for VA to Task Force VA
This section outlines the relationship between the VA and Task Force VA.
- Expectations
You agree to provide the services outlined in your VA contract, perform tasks promptly, and communicate effectively with both the Agency and clients. You are expected to follow Task Force VA’s processes and guidelines for work quality and client interactions. - Performance and Evaluation

3. Terms and Conditions for Clients
These terms govern the relationship between Task Force VA (hereafter referred to as “The Agency”) and the client (hereafter referred to as “Client”).
- Scope of Services
The Client will receive virtual assistance services based on the agreement made with Task Force VA. The services may include but are not limited to administrative work, social media management, transcription, customer support, and other specialized tasks. - Payment for Services
The Client agrees to pay for the services provided according to the agreed-upon rates. Payments are made through the Agency, and invoices will be provided as per the terms of the contract. - Feedback and Communication
The Client is encouraged to provide regular feedback about the work performed by the VA. Any concerns or issues regarding the services should be communicated directly to Task Force VA for resolution. - Confidentiality
The Client agrees to keep the VA’s details confidential and any proprietary information that the VA may access during the project. The Agency will ensure that the VA agrees to confidentiality terms in their contract. - Termination
The Client may terminate the agreement with notice in accordance with the terms. In the event of termination, all outstanding payments for work already completed will be due immediately.
4. Terms and Conditions for Client to Task Force VA

The Client is responsible for providing clear and specific instructions to the VA, offering feedback when needed, and communicating any changes in tasks or schedules. Timely communication is key to ensuring the success of the partnership. - Confidentiality
The Client agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all information provided by the VA and Task Force VA. Any confidential or proprietary information shared must remain protected. - Termination of Agreement
In the event of termination by the Client, the Agency must be notified in writing. Any outstanding balances for work completed by the VA up until the termination date will be due immediately.
5. Terms and Conditions for VA to Client
These terms outline the working relationship between Virtual Assistants (VAs) and clients.
- Scope of Work
VAs will perform tasks as agreed with the Client, including but not limited to administrative tasks, project management, research, content creation, and customer service. The scope will be clearly defined in the Service Agreement between the VA and the Client. - Payment Terms

6. Terms and Conditions for VA-Task Fore VA-Client
This section outlines the relationship between Task Force VA, VAs, and Clients collectively.
- Coordination and Collaboration
All parties agree to maintain open and effective communication. The Agency will coordinate between the VA and Client to ensure that both parties have clear expectations and deliverables. - Confidentiality & Data Protection
Both the Client and VA agree to uphold confidentiality regarding sensitive information. The Agency will ensure that both parties have signed confidentiality agreements to protect data and proprietary information. - Service Delivery
The Agency will ensure that the VA is fully equipped and trained to handle the Client’s requirements. The Client will communicate their expectations, and the VA will strive to meet those expectations. - Payment & Compensation
The Client will make payments directly to the Agency, who will, in turn, compensate the VA according to the agreed terms. All invoices and payment schedules will be handled through the Agency. - Termination & Transition
If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, written notice should be given according to the terms in the Service Agreement. The Agency will facilitate the transition process, ensuring that both the Client and VA experience minimal disruption.
